Your Tribute provides a unique service that can work for almost anyone. Many websites offer even planning services while others are great for storing photo memories and other details about a past event. Your Tribute combines all of these to create a single source to organize, manage, and follow up about a personal event. Users can create a tribute about an upcoming wedding, anniversary, birthday, graduation, new baby, or memorial to a loved one. They can add information and keep others updated about planned events and schedules up until the event happens. The user can send invitations through Your Tribute as well. After the event has concluded, the user can go back and upload photos, notes, videos and more. Your Tribute becomes both a planning tool and a celebration of a personal event that can be shared with others afterwards.Show more screenshots »
Your Tribute is based in Burnaby, Canada and Las Vegas, Nevada. Created by CEO Jason Ropchan, the site was intended to help users’ record personal experiences online. By combining the tasks of planning the event and recording it, Your Tribute offers a valuable service that many users love. Today, users can store information about any kind of personal event before and after it happens on Your Tribute.
Your Tribute stands out because it provides multiple services in one. Users can begin organizing their event, sending out invitations and sharing information on any changes or updates. Related images can be uploaded so that Your Tribute becomes a centralized place where all participants and attendees can stay informed. After the event, users can return to Your Tribute to upload images and videos of the event and share information or a personal message that others can see.
The Your Tribute website offers a pleasant, soft color scheme featuring yellow, pink, blue, orange, green and purple. The user gets an almost scrapbook feel through the tabs which display examples of events that could be organized and celebrated on Your Tribute. Users can easily create an event and upload images and video in a few clicks. The site also offers guest books and other features that are designed to be simple yet effective for all users.
Users are given two options to register for Your Tribute. The first is by clicking on the blue “Log in with Facebook” button at the top right hand corner of the homepage. This requires the user’s Facebook information. The other is by clicking the black “Sign up” link beside the Facebook button. The user is asked to select either a personal account or business account. The registration form requires an email address, username, password, first and last name, country and state location, city, and Captcha code verification.
Your Tribute users are given three membership plan options. The first is the Announce plan, which is free. This plan includes a personal website and URL, designer theme selection, story, guestbook, and virtual gifts features, online invitations and RSVP capabilities, and a 30 day free trial of unlimited notes, photos and videos. The Celebrate plan costs about $50. This plan includes unlimited notes, unlimited photos and videos, no deadline for event access, and no advertisements. The most expensive plan is the Commemorate, which costs about $150 and upgrades to include unlimited storage space, high resolution photo viewing, and the ability to download photo albums.
Anyone who has a big event that they would like to organize, plan and commemorate can really appreciate Your Tribute. The application offers many helpful tools, from online invitations and RSVPs to video and photo uploads.
